駅からも比較的近いが幹線道路からははずれているので周囲は静か。部屋も大きく部屋も新しくて機能的。スタッフの英語力は限定的だがコミュニケーションをとる努力をしてくれる。

一番奥の部屋だったせいかネットが弱く、特にiPadだと繋がらない時間が長い。壁一つ向こうが隣のホテルの通用口で、早朝や深夜でもゴミ捨てなのか大きな音や振動、人の声が伝わってきて安眠できない。

It was in Sorrento.

A very basic, street facing room. Noisy day and night. The air conditioning did not work very well and we were always hot.

The hotel location is very close to train station and bus station. And the hotel price compare with other hotel is not expensive. The hotel staff is friendly.

The single bed room when you move will make some noise, I think they should change the bed bases. And they should improve their soundproofing.

Good location, although my taxi driver didn't know where to find it :/ Staff friendly, but don't expect them to speak a lot of english (I didn't mind, since I'm in their country I don't expect them to speak my language). However they manage to communicate well via Google translate.

Room a little dark, but ok since it was so hot, nice to come back to a cool room. Room and bathroom was very clean and pleasant.

Good sized room, good location, quiet area but close to restaurants and a nice walk through city to the port and old town. Comfortable bed.

Booked the room with a minibar fridge but on arrival there was no fridge. Requested one and told it was in another room, and we would get it tomorrow. Didn't get fridge next day so asked again and was given one the following day. This fridge was broken! So the next day, nearing the end of our trip we finally got a fridge that worked. Breakfast was not really breakfast- a coffee each delivered to the room which was nice, but came with a tiny price of cake or awful jam slice that we didn't eat. No croissant or typical "breakfast" foods. Very disappointing. Then on our last day we were randomly told to go to a bar down the road for breakfast instead- at least this place gave us a croissant and juice. Reception area very noisy- just outside our room and we were woken every morning by people talking or checking out. Also a lot of noise from upstairs. Room came with aircon which was needed in the hot days, but one of the days it was broken.

The reception staff member went above and beyond to help with organising our fabulous day trip to Capri and ensuring we enjoyed the nightlife in the centre of Sorrento.

Location was convenient to train station and sligbtly away from noisy main street. The cleaning staff were very nice and did a good job.

The room was extremely small and the only place to open my suitcase was on the bed. Reception staff is only part time and no one responded to the buzzer. I called the phone numbers posted on the door but received an automated message that tbe number was not assigned. You need a cell phone to call and luckily the young lady working 2 doors down helped me especially as my Italian is very limited. The signs were only in Italian. She waz able to reach someone wbo arrived about 15 minutes later. It was advertised that the room included toiletries which turned out to be a small shampoo but no soap. The little refrigerator didn't work and the window opened onto an alley where someone smoked so I had to keep the window closed. I didn't expect much for breakfast since the room price was so low but it was brought to the room on a small tray which was nice.

Clean, comfortable rooms with air con. basic breakfast, coffee, juice croissant. Good location easy to reach Pompeii, capri, positano etc. Hotel staff very helpful even if english is not the best. We didn't know Italian but it was fine! Would stay again :)

Shower pressure.. but was still fine for use. This is being picky!

Hotel in an excellent location, worth its value and even more The breakfast which is served in the room Excellent pasqual a great guy and he wanted everything to be always good we recommend the hotel very much.

Mostly we were extrremely happy with the cleanliness, and location of the hotel. It worked out perfect for us. The staff was great.

The only positive thing was personal at the "reception" which was not real reception, but stay for check-in/out

Late breakfast not in the hotel but in the bar nearby. Poor breakfast however. The hotel is not like real hotel, but I would say more hostel with nice pictures in presentation. We missed reception, because at the time of check-in there was nobody who would let us in the building so we had to wait for about half an hour. I would not recommend for the price we paid.

very friendly host and fridge in room was useful. nice and clean. easy walk to station. breakfast included yogurt.

Unfortunately the walls are quite thin so if you have inconsiderate neighbours (as we did on 1 out of 3 nights) it can be hard to sleep (even with earplugs). Would have liked communal access to a jug to make hot drinks and/or a microwave.
